The Prestige Group moved into the sphere of property development in 1985-86. The Group is promoted by Mr. Irfan Razack and Mr. Rezwan Razack, who were initially associated in the family business of textile retailing since 1975.

Over the last decade the Prestige Group has grown into becoming one of the leading developers in South India. We have completed 103 developments to date totalling about 6.35 million Sq. Ft. of Commercial and Residential, in addition to this Prestige have developed nine sub-urban residential plotted layouts. Prestige Group are now in the process of building further residential and commercial developments of an area of approximately 2.65 million Sq. Ft. The youngest most brilliantly mischievous brother of three; Irfan, Rezwan and Noaman he grew up to be the most perfectly uncut diamond, whose cutting polishing and refining now reflects in his home and family. Growing up with two brothers and a baby sister, his life was a party, as is today as well. School life was a rage with hockey balls rolling out of his bag and scratches on his arms and legs from an over excess of football mania. Yes he was indeed a keen sportsman who was highly motivated by the concept of being the perfect boy. Kites, balls, trees and bikes, yeah that was the life!!... His mastery over hockey and soccer has left the sports grounds with his marks all over it; And his enthusiasm for track and field can still be seen today through his transparent personality, in his office with his employees and at home, bringing up the kids.
